Kildare featherweight Eric Donovan will return to the ring next month.
"Lilywhite Lightning" will make the short trip to London for his 10th professional bout and first outside Ireland in the pro ranks. An opponent for the 33-year-old will be confirmed in the coming days and Donovan won't be the only Irish boxer on the June 22 card at the York Hall.
Donovan is coming off the back of a fourth-round stoppage over Stephen McAfee on March 30 in their Irish title fight. The Athy southpaw was clinical in front of the TG4 cameras and was happy to put all the injuries behind him.

Victor Rabei, Owen Duffy, Craig McCarthy and Cillian Reardon all featured on the Assassin Promotions bill at the end of March and all four will be on Hellraiser’s Irish Invasion show in six weeks time.
