Paddy Barnes and Michael Conlan have both qualified for next years Olympics in Rio following wins at the World Series of Boxing in Venezuela last night.
Barnes who won bronze medals in Beijing and London is the first Irish boxer to qualify for three successive Olympics.
The 28 year old secured his place in Brazil with on a split decision against Finol Rivas in the light-flyweight and he's aleady looking forward to his trip to Rio. Barnes lost to Shiming Zou in Beijing and London but the good news is that the Chinese boxer is now in the professional ranks.

Conlan also won bronze at London 2012 and the Bantamweight was a comfortable points winner over Jose Diaz.
