Gareth Bale's time at Real Madrid appears to be even closer to coming to an end.
Manager Zinedine Zidane says he hopes the forward will be out of the club by tomorrow - prompting a furious response from Bale's agent.
Jonathan Barnett hit out at the Madrid boss, saying the treatment of his client has been a 'disgrace'.
There's speculation the Wales international could make a move to China but Spanish based football journalist Graham Hunter hopes that's not true.
"I think it's going to be the wrong move, the Chinese league is under matured and it's not a class league yet.
"He should be playing at an elite football club and he should be doing so in order to stick Zinedine Zidane's words back down his throat.
"He has been an extraordinary British export."
Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon believes the club has to find a way to resolve the situation soon.
He thinks Zidane may have gone too far by saying a move away for Bale would be 'best for everyone'.
"It's unsustainable, for sure. For everyone, for the player, for the coach and the club.
"Zidane discounted him when he left the club at the beginning of last season - he wanted to keep Cristiano Ronaldo and sell Bale.
"The president didn't follow that advice, so Zidane left the club.
"When he came back two months ago he was promised Bale won't be there in the future.
"Maybe his comments weren't really appropriate but what he has shown is he's fed up with the situation and the best thing to do is find a solution."
