Children’s feeding expert and co-founder of Foodoppi, TV chef, mindful eating coach and feeding therapist Aisling Larkin joined Alison Curtis for Food Month on Weekend Breakfast.
Aisling’s unique approach rethinks how we encourage children to eat.
She says we tend to be either sensory seekers of sensory avoiders. For example a lot of children find the liquid texture to be very off putting.
Aisling is all about changing attitudes and mindsets in order to change behaviours for the long term - for small noticeable differences and optimizing opportunities not sneaking them in.
