8 Finalists.
1 Winner.
But a million positive vibes.
I just can't believe it! We are ecstatic! This is amazing. Thank you so much and to everyone in Kilmacthomas! It really means the world to us!
It has been a privilege to run this campaign again with Cadbury.
This year more than ever communities came together to care for each other - and in ways that none of us could have predicted this year changed everything and we really needed our neighbours more than ever.
Press play to hear the podcast. TodayFM's Marketing manager Roisin O'Reilly explains why Cadbury Soundtown is more important now than ever. There's also a chat with our celebrity guest judges The Flemings! And of course we chat to Helen Power who nominated Kilmacthomas.
Each of the eight towns really embodied what it means to be a sound town and a sound community - each story told was gorgeous and heart felt - Weekend Breakfast really really wished we could have done as we did last year and visited each of our monthly towns.
First of all a HUGE THANKS to all our amazing finalists:
Moville in Donegal, Ballina in Mayo, Lough Gur in Limerick, Kinsale in Cork, Killaloe in Clare, Naas in Kildare and Coolaney in Sligo.
WELL DONE TO KILMACTHOMAS
We find out which town will be crowned the @CadburyIreland Dairymilk #Soundtown for 2020 THIS MORNING! 🇮🇪
