On Weekend Breakfast we are on the hunt for Class Room Hero's!
It is those special kids who go above and beyond for their fellow classmates.
And each weekend we will have someone special on air to congratulate them for being a hero and to award them their very own Class Room Hero Trophy!
This week, our very first Class Hero was awarded.. Alison chatted to Katlyn from Tipperary!
Katlyn was nominated by her Principal who has been so impressed with Katlyn's caring, kind and empathetic nature.
She always helps teachers and the younger students and cheers up classmates when she sees them upset.
She even went to art classes to show the other kids how to paint!
Katlyn’s little brother has Autism and she has great intuition with kids, especially the children with special needs.
Other parents love her and her mom feels like her daughter is famous because everyone knows her for helping others!
