Would you prefer a four-day working week?

Kevin Callinan is deputy general secretary of Forsa, who are calling for a four-day week to be introduced.

He explained why he feels it would increase productivity, and why "there is no automatic correlation between fewer working hours and higher productivity."

John Barry, HR Consultant on the National Council of ISME and Managing Director of Management Support Services, also joined us to talk about why he feels the focus should be on flexible working instead.
