Debut episode featuring electrofunk superstar duo Groove Armada
Tuesday, 7th August: International pop icon Róisín Murphy has teamed up with Heineken® Live Your Music to create a new music podcast titled The Sync Sessions. The debut episode, released today on multiple podcast apps including the iTunes and Android players, features electrofunk superstars Groove Armada. Hosted by Murphy, the show explores the music's power to connect us with new people, fresh perspectives and life changing experiences.
The Sync Sessions with Róisín Murphy, a six-part podcast series with one episode released each month, sees Murphy interview international artists and take a deep dive into their own personal musical journey to date. The artists will also choose ten genre-spanning tracks that were hugely influential in their career and explore the amazing things that can happen when music brings people together – at a gig, a festival, in the studio, anywhere. These songs will then be added to The Sync Sessions playlist on Róisín's own Spotify channel for listeners of the podcast to check out.
