Love Island has become increasingly popular, with more people watching last Tuesday's show than the nine o'clock news, and even more watching on the Virgin Media Player.
But what impact, if any, is the show having on the sexual attitudes of young people in Ireland?
Is it promoting promiscuity and hook-up culture?
Is it reflective of people's real-life experiences, or is the behaviour of young people influenced more by how sex education is taught in schools?
Elaine Byrnes, Doctoral Researcher in Psychology at NUI Galway, Harry McCann of trendster.ie, and child welfare consultant Kieran McGrath joined us to discuss the issue in our Monday debate.
