The government has unveiled Our Rural Future, a blueprint to transform rural Ireland.
It includes a major focus on attracting remote workers to rural communities, and will see the creation of 400 remote working hubs with high-speed broadband.
Relocation grants will be introduced and new tax incentives for remote working are also being looked at.
Minister for Rural and Community Development Heather Humphreys, Denis Naughten, Independent TD for Roscommon-Galway, and Dee Ryan, CEO of Limerick Chamber, joined us to discuss how this would work.
