Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael have published a joint framework document for a potential coalition.
The document contains ten key missions for the next government, including rebuilding the economy after the COVID-19 crisis.
But concerns have been raised about the cost of the promises made and how they will be funded if both parties get into power.
