Two men who were fired for exchanging sexually explicit messages about female colleagues on WhatsApp are suing their former employers for £300,000.
The messages, which were shared in a WhatsApp group, compared certain female employees to porn stars and referred to them in a derogatory manner.
The men claim they were wrongfully dismissed from the company, and that they were denied shares that were owed to them.
Is it just harmless 'banter', or does it normalise sexual harassment and objectification?
