Vera Twomey spoke to us last year about her campaign to get medicinal cannabis for her 10-year-old daughter Ava, who has a rare form of drug-resistant epilepsy called Dravet syndrome.
Vera is now pleading with the government to ensure that Ava's overseas supply of medicinal cannabis is maintained during the COVID-19 crisis, which has left them unable to travel.
She joined us on The Last Word to explain why this is so important.
