Tánaiste Leo Varadkar has warned that any reopening of the country from the third lockdown will be much slower than previous lockdowns.
He told The Last Word that the government wants to make sure a reopening of the economy is "sustainable and prolonged".
The Tánaiste also revealed that modifications to the 'Living with Covid' plan will be announced by the end of the month, and explained why restrictions on non-essential travel will stay in place for the foreseeable future.
