For many people, Irish food means bacon and cabbage.
But there's actually a lot more to it than that.
JP McMahon, Michelin star chef and owner of Aniar, Cava Bodega and Tartare restaurants in Galway, has written The Irish Cookbook, which shows that Irish cuisine has historically been far more exotic than people realise.
