The Spice Girls are set to play Dublin's Croke Park next month as part of their reunion tour, but it looks like there could be some awkwardness between two of the band's members.
Appearing on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, Mel B claimed that she had slept with Geri Horner (formerly Halliwell) on one occasion during the band's heyday.
She insisted it wasn't a big deal and only happened once, adding that she hoped Geri would not deny the incident took place.
However, a representative for Geri did indeed deny the claims, saying that they had been "very hurtful" to her family and were "simply not true".
While the statement emphasised that the tour would go ahead as planned, questions have been raised about how much tension there will now be between the two bandmates.
Even if the story is true, was it inappropriate of Mel to publicly reveal it?
John Caddell and Larissa Nolan discussed this in our music slot, as well as Mick Jagger's health scare and the 25th anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death.
