Plans are underway to seat almost 3,000 customers outside restaurants, bars and cafes in Dublin's Temple Bar when restrictions on outdoor dining are eased next month.
The use of pedestrian squares and loading bays, footpaths and road space for outdoor tables and chairs on 17 streets has been proposed.
