Vladimir Putin says that Russia's health ministry has given regulatory approval for the world's first COVID-19 vaccine, after less than two months of human testing.
However, there are concerns that the process has been rushed, as the World Health Organization urged Russia to follow established guidelines and go through all the stages necessary to test safety and efficacy.
