Many people have struggled with their mental health during COVID-19, experiencing issues like depression, anxiety and social isolation.
The mental health charity Aware, which has just launched its Christmas donation campaign, has reported a 60% increase in demand for its services.

We also spoke to Colm Doolan, an Aware volunteer who has suffered from anxiety since childhood, about how using the service has helped him.
