There have been calls for Tánaiste Leo Varadkar to step aside while Gardaí investigate his alleged leak of a confidential Government document to a friend.
The then Taoiseach confirmed he shared a copy of an agreement between the State and the Irish Medical Organisation with the president of the National Association of General Practitioners in April 2019.
However, a spokesperson for Mr Varadkar said his legal advice is that he has committed no criminal offence.
