Ryanair passengers who were promised refunds for cancelled flights have now received emails from the airline with offers of a voucher instead.
The vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. Ryanair has also stated that passengers who want their money back will have to wait until the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided.
But is this legal?
