A new report has found that Dublin is the sixth most congested city in Europe, and the 14th most congested in the world.
Cork and Limerick have also ranked among the top 100.
A commuter group has stated that cars should not be given priority in the new Dublin Bus plan, while the Road Safety Authority has also confirmed the rights of cyclists on our roads, which includes the right to cycle in the middle of a lane if necessary.
