Rory Best limped off with an ankle injury in the sixth minute of Ulster's Champions Cup clash with Leinster at the Aviva last weekend.
Although he is currently wearing a protective boot, Irish rugby fans will be relieved to hear that the injury "looks worse than it is", and that there is "no structural damage".
Best says he is hopeful that he'll be able to play for Ulster again before the end of the season.
He joined us on The Last Word to talk about his future with the province, dealing with the ups and downs of the last few months with Ireland, and looking ahead to the World Cup.
He also spoke about his role as an ambassador for the Specsavers audiologists' campaign 'Don't Suffer in Silence', which encourages people to take care of their hearing.
While almost half of Irish adults worry about losing their hearing, only 25% get it checked out, and Rory says these are worrying figures.
He got involved with the campaign after having his own hearing concerns addressed and says, "It's something that you should be getting done regularly."
