Former Ireland rugby captain Rory Best has written his autobiography, in which he looks back on his career.
He joined us on The Last Word to discuss retirement, what went wrong for Ireland in the World Cup, and his desire to stay involved with rugby in the future.
He also reflected on his experience of captaining Ireland as an Ulster Protestant.
Rory will be doing a book signing at Easons in Dublin this Saturday at 10am, and at Easons in Belfast on Sunday at 1.30pm.
