Donald Trump has spent the fast few months claiming that the Mueller investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election found no collusion or obstruction, and completely exonerated him.
In his testimony to Congress today, Robert Mueller stated that his report did not exonerate the US president.
He also suggested that there could be a criminal case after Trump leaves office, and that a policy from the Office of Legal Counsel considers it unconstitutional to indict a sitting president.
