It's been reported that pubs which were due to reopen next week will remain shut until August, as concerns were raised about a rise in COVID-19 cases.
The number of new infections jumped to 32 yesterday, the highest daily figure since mid-June.
A delay in moving to Phase 4 of the roadmap would also impact the size of mass gatherings and events such as weddings, and guest lists would have to be cut.
