Donald Trump is set to visit Ireland next month, and will stay at his resort in Doonbeg, Co. Clare.
But should his visit be protested?
Rita McInerney is a local businesswoman in Doonbeg.
She says the people plan to use the opportunity "to focus on the Trump resort in Doonbeg and what it brings to the local area."
"I don't agree with many of his policies, and I have no problem with people objecting to him coming, but as an employer he's certainly entitled to come to Doonbeg."
Janet Burke is an American living in Kilkee. She is personally opposed to Trump's visit, and says "it's not just about a golf course".
"I'm upset about the things he's doing in my country and around the world. He's using bigotry to divide the citizens of my country."
"We can't normalise this, and I think by welcoming him, we're welcoming everything he stands for."
