COVID-19, and the lockdown that came with it, has resulted in a range of emotions from fear and anxiety to depression and frustration.
Many people have lost loved ones, while others have lost their livelihoods. Children and teenagers have missed out on school and social activities, and we've all had to sacrifice time with family and friends.
But we've also learned some positive things in the last few months.
Helen Vaughan, psychotherapist and owner of Maynooth Counselling, talked us through some of the lessons from lockdown that can be applied to our everyday lives going forward.
These include slowing down, focusing on our relationships, managing stress and anxiety levels, and working together and caring for each other.
