Exercise was not something that played a big part in businesswoman and broadcaster Norah Casey's life until later on.
After the death of her husband, she discovered a love of walking which led to her taking on other forms of exercise such as mountain climbing and white water rafting.
She is now supporting Chapter 4 of the 20x20 campaign, which recognises the challenges women of all ages and abilities can face in maintaining a strong relationship with physical activity, and showcases the benefits of exercise on our mental wellbeing.
Norah joined us to discuss how exercise helped her cope with her grief, and her fitness regime during lockdown.
