Donald Trump's former national security advisor, John Bolton, has made a number of explosive claims about the US President in his new book, The Room Where It Happened.
Bolton says Trump wanted help from China to win re-election, thought that building internment camps in China was "the right thing to do" and offered "personal favours to dictators he liked".
