Although there is a chance they may be nothing to worry about, they could be a sign of a more serious condition that needs urgent attention.
Dr Ray Walley joined us for our weekly medical slot to discuss some of the symptoms that, if spotted, require a visit to your GP.
These include:
-Unexplained weight loss
-Persistent or high fever
-Shortness of breath
-Unexplained changes in bowel habits
-Coughing up blood, or blood in urine
-Feeling full after eating very little, or changes in appetite
-Persistent reflux
