Rugby is more popular in Ireland than ever before.
However, many parents may worry about their children getting involved in the sport due to the risk of injury, particularly head injuries.
Ultan O'Callaghan is Head of Rugby Development at Munster Rugby, a job which includes getting children involved in playing. His brother Donncha is a former Ireland international and current Munster Rugby Corporate Ambassador. They both spoke to us on The Last Word about making rugby a safer sport for kids.
Ultan says, "We have some of the best awareness and educational training programmes in the IRFU and we're running them throughout the four provinces. The game is actually safer now at age grade level than it ever has been."
Donncha adds, "I'd hate people to think of rugby and lose the core values of it. There are things in the game that aren't great, but there's also brilliance within it that teaches values that are important."
