Luxury apartments which went up for sale last year in two Dublin 4 apartment blocks will now be offered as rentals, as sales failed to materialise in line with expectations.
Apartments at the 19 Pembroke Road block were originally priced from €650,000 for a one-bedroom unit up to €1.1 million for a two-bed penthouse. Renters can now expect to pay from €3,000 per month.
