The Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines have been given the all-clear for use in people aged over 50.
Pregnant women will also now be prioritised for vaccination, while healthy people under 50 who have been infected with COVID-19 in the last six months will require only one vaccine dose rather than two.
