Leinster rugby star James Lowe today relaunched the Tackle Your Feelings mental wellbeing app and website, in association with Rugby Players Ireland and Zurich.
He joined us on The Last Word to talk about mental health and give his thoughts on the Rugby World Cup.
Lowe describes his decision to move to Ireland from New Zealand as an opportunity that was "too good to turn down".
However, he also admits he has experienced some homesickness, especially when it comes to missing out on family occasions.
His ability to play rugby was also interrupted as a teenager when he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
"It was two years of confusion more than anything. The one thing I wanted to do was taken away from me."
Although he says "doctors didn't quite know what to do", he eventually found the right medication.
"I must have had some sort of resilience to say, I'm going to be able to do this again."
