Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge is arguably Australia's best known Irishman.
As the star of TV cookery show My Kitchen Rules, he describes himself as a "straight-talking judge".
He earned this reputation working in kitchens during the era of Raymond Blanc and Gordon Ramsay.
He is now back in Ireland for a cookery demo at Taste of Dublin. It's something he says he has never done before, as he left aged 18 to work in London.
Colin joined us to talk about his career and My Kitchen Rules, which he says is "like Come Dine With Me, only on steroids".
