Comedian Jarlath Regan is one of many Irish people who has experienced emigration.
He moved to London in 2013 and now hosts a podcast, An Irishman Abroad, which deals with the topic. To date, he has recorded 300 episodes.
Jarlath explains why he started the podcast: "This was a story I didn't think was being told."
"I didn't feel like anyone was creating any content for me and people like me."
He is also partnering with CurrencyFair to give away a €30,000 relocation package to help one listener cover the costs of moving back to Ireland.
Jarlath joined us on The Last Word to talk about the challenges and opportunities of living in a different country, and how Irish people abroad "lift each other up and help each other out".
