Leinster and Ireland centre Garry Ringrose is hoping to return to action in the Champions Cup in December.
He is currently recovering from a broken jaw, sustained during Ireland's Six Nations clash with Italy, and has been restricted to a liquid diet since undergoing surgery two weeks ago.
Today he is launching Aviva's Ireland's Call competition, which gives lucky fans across the country the chance to sing Ireland's Call with the Irish rugby team ahead of this Friday's game against Wales in the Guinness Series.
Garry joined us on The Last Word to talk about his injury, competition in his position and how his game has evolved.
To take part in the Ireland's Call competition, please email irelandscall@whpr.ie stating why you would love the chance to sing Ireland's Call alongside the Irish Rugby Team.
