Despite defeat to the hosts Japan last weekend, Ireland remain on track for a Rugby World Cup quarter-final place after achieving a bonus point victory over Russia today.

However, the 35-0 scoreline didn't tell the whole story, with supporters expressing concern about the poor quality of the performance.

Ireland conceded 22 turnovers and struggled against the 20th-ranked team in the world, who also spent 20 minutes of the game with 14 players due to yellow cards.

But are there positives to be taken from the result? What do Ireland need to work on ahead of their final pool game against Samoa nine days from now?

Paul Wallace and Niamh Briggs joined us to reflect on the game.
