Panic attacks are a physiological response to severe stress and anxiety. They can be scary to experience, but they are ultimately harmless.
Anxiety in itself isn't inherently bad, but it becomes a problem when it is so strong and prolonged that it interferes with performance.
Signs of anxiety include sleep disturbance, headaches, digestive issues, nervousness and irritability and feeling overwhelmed.
