Hillary Clinton has ruled out running once again for the US presidency in 2020.
She confirmed her decision in a TV interview last night, but also said that she would "keep on working and speaking and standing up for what I believe."
"I'm not going anywhere. What's at stake in our country, the kind of things that are happening right now, are deeply troubling to me."
But would the Democrats be better off if Clinton did take a step back from politics?
Has she become a negative influence on the party?
Cal Thomas and Marion McKeone discussed this in our US slot, as well as the Senate's vote to overturn Donald Trump's national emergency declaration.
