A new survey by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions suggests that four out of five people who suffer sexual harassment in the workplace do not report it.
The findings were based on the responses of 1,300 union members with experience of sexual harassment at work.
Laura Bambrick, Social Policy Officer with the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, and Caroline McEnery, Managing Director of The HR Suite and an adjudicator in the Workplace Relations Commission, joined us to discuss why this might be the case.
