Could climate change be partly responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic?
New research shows that climate change is forcing wild animals to migrate from their natural habitats, increasing the risk of coronaviruses jumping from these species to humans.
The study found that around 40 different bat species had relocated to areas of China, Laos and Myanmar as a result of climate change.
