People are being urged to avoid panic buying, as Ireland moves into the 'delay' phase of its response to COVID-19.
Items such as toilet roll, tinned food and hand sanitiser have been disappearing from supermarket shelves.
However, Simon Coveney today reassured consumers that supply chains are robust, and warned that panic buying could create problems.
