Brooklyn Nine-Nine is changing its next series due to the Black Lives Matter movement and the issue of police brutality in America.
According to actor Terry Crews, at least four episodes from the forthcoming eighth series were scrapped before going into production. He also confirmed that the show's cast and crew would take the opportunity to do something "truly groundbreaking".
