The UK Supreme Court has ruled that Boris Johnson's suspension of parliament is unlawful.
The decision of the 11 judges was unanimous, and speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow confirmed that MPs would return tomorrow.
Boris Johnson has stated that he strongly disagrees with the verdict, and that there are a lot of people who want to "frustrate Brexit".
