"Not every day you get a tweet like that"
Máirín Byrne is a third generation pudding maker who runs Inch House Pudding in Templemore, Co. Tipperary.
And she's on cloud nine after receiving a massive celebrity endorsement over the weekend.
Food Goddess Nigella Lawson sampled some of Máirín's artisan goodness for brekkie on Sunday and had this to say on Twitter:
Oh, @Inchhouse - I have just had your black pudding (with fried egg and smokey red pepper sauce) and yes, it’s as good as @GastroGays told me it was. What joy. Thank you.

So The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show gave the Tipp foodie a call to find out how it all happened.
She even revealed one of the secrets to her granny's recipe. And it's bloody brilliant!
