Cavan's Leona Maguire has been playing a blinder for Team Europe at the Solheim Cup over the weekend.
Not only is she the first Irish female golfer to play in the tournament, she could become its most successful rookie ever.
This morning on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show, Leona's mother Breda shared her excitement at her daughter's success over the weekend.
She said that Leona was thrilled to have been picked for Team Europe and is now playing phenomenal golf and thoroughly enjoying herself.
Breda was just about to head off to work at St. Patrick's National School in Corlough, but her evening would be spent back in front of the couch for the last day of action in the tournament.
