What a ratings result for Today FM in the JNLR listenership figures, especially for our own King of Breakfast, Mr Ian Dempsey.
The Ian Dempsey Breakfast gained an extra 18,000 listeners in the last three months, bringing the daily number to 180,000 - a three-year high.
And although Iano is delighted with the news, he's staying grounded and focusing on the next few months. But that doesn't cut the mustard with Ryanair CEO, Michael O'Leary.
He wants the Breakfast host to milk this celebration for everything it's worth!
