Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, the Rose of Tralee will not take place this year.
It's the first time in the 61 year history of the festival that it has been postponed.
Organisers had originally hoped to stage the festival in the autumn, but they have found it impossible to stage the Rose selections in the centres around the world.
So, tonight to ease your pain, Dáithí will look back fondly on his decade presenting the Rose of Tralee.
Viewers will have another chance to see the moments that made them laugh, made them cry and made them cringe.
The man himself joined Ian on the line, to tell him more about the show.
